About Us
Company History
The Milsein Group of Companies traces its roots back to 1993 when it began as a trading business specializing in electrical components in the United States. Building on its success, Milsein Corporation was officially established and incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in October 2004 in the Philippines. To strengthen its sales and marketing presence in the Philippine market, the company launched Milsein Light Inc. in 2019. Committed to providing comprehensive solutions, superior-quality brands, and competitive pricing, Milsein further expanded its operations by establishing Smart Power Electric Corporation in 2024. Formerly known as Systems Powermarck Corporation. Now fully owned and operated by Milsein Light Incorporated, a state-of-the-art full-scale electrical equipment manufacturing facility in Carmona, Cavite. Today, the Milsein Group continues to grow, driven by innovation, excellence, and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality electrical solutions.
In 2023, Milsein Light Inc. established Smart Power Electric Corporation, a manufacturing company located in Carmona, Cavite.
